Free health care expo for the public. Over 44 vendors in the field of aging will be available to answer questions and share information. Demonstrations of senior fitness programs will be held throughout the event such as pickle ball, silver sneakers, chair volleyball and more. Plenty of free parking. Open to the public and you do not need to be a member of the Y or Senior Center to attend.
