I live with my boyfriend and his family. We can't get along. I lost my job after buying a new car. He asks me to get a job so I can't find my own place. I've never been on my own and I have kids. I never had someone teach me anything about money. How can I get my own place if a lot of places require you to have a job for a year and then still won't help you out if your credit is bad? I don't know what to do and I'm lost.
