This could not have came at a better time this popped up on my phone right after I just found out some bad news about my mom‘s property. My mom has beginning stages of dementia. My father passed away three years ago. A realtor just stopped by my mom‘s house and put a sign next to her property on this little piece of land that is connected to my mom‘s property that my mom has been using for over 50 years. It has part of their driveway on it and part of her house. She has a double wide trailer on it. She wants to stay there till she passes. The realtor told her that she would have to move her home. If the property sells my mom called me in tears. I did call an attorney and the attorney said that she has what they call adverse possession because she has been there for over 21 years. I am praying that this is the case, but we may end up having to hire the attorney to take this to court which is going to end up being money that my mom does not have
