Hello, I am struggling. I recently lost my love and this is the worst pain. I listen to STAR everyday and the positivity is a blessing. The worst is when I am alone and trying to get rest. Thoughts take over my mind. I know I have to go through this process on my own but I believe in the power of prayer and the power of GOD. I am trying and don't want to be a burden to anyone.
