My son is getting ready for a divorce. They have two children together. His daughter absolutely loves Jesus with all of her heart. His son who is 14 used to go to church, but the mother says church is stupid and says he can make his mind up when he’s older. I fear this is going to be a nasty divorce as she is a abuser an alcoholic, and has been cheating on him for years. He has tried to keep his faith that his marriage will be restored, but the person that she has been dating cannot be around children and has spent nine years in prison. My prayers are the children will be safe as she leaves them alone for hours and hours and for my son, who now has legal issues which are not warranted. I also pray for her that she will soften her heart towards the Lord. My son feels the weight of the world on him right now. All he wants is for his kids to be safe and to get through this. He’s a good dad that loves his kids so much and has been put through so much. His confidence securities are damaged.
