Maybe you’ve heard this: look for the helpers. Mr. Rogers once said it.

I was thinking about that word helper, gets kind of a bad rap.
People don’t write books about “helper-ship” or have “helper-ship” conferences. It’s always about leadership. But being a “helper” a big deal. Even God Himself, in scripture, is described as a helper, did you know that?
It’s more than okay to be a helper. If you want to be somebody who defines himself or herself as a helper, that is more than okay. It’s desperately needed, honestly.”
